The conference and training room facility is located on the ground floor, 2B Lord Street Botany at the back of the Lakes Business Park management office. The room is available for tenant use from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and accommodates 24 people in a U-shape seated plan and 40 people theatre style. It is fully equipped with kitchen facilities, toilets, electronic whiteboard, flipchart, data-projector and internet access.
Costs
Full Day $300 (+GST) 9am to 5pm (Lakes Business Park Tenants) Half Day $230 (+GST) 9am to 12.30pm or 1pm to 5pm (Lakes Business Park Tenants)
Full Day $600 (+GST) 9am to 5pm (External clients) Half Day $460 (+GST) 9am to 12.30pm or 1pm to 5pm (External clients)
Invoices for the conference room are sent out in the first week of the month after the booking.
Catering
Tea and coffee making facilities (including biscuits) are available at a cost of $3 (+GST) per person for a half-day or $5 (+GST) for a full day. Lunch is to be organised by you and can be ordered through
